Membership dues not only give you eligibility to vote, but also allow our Board and Committees to take care of CCA operating expenses, including:

• Social events
• Doggy waste bags at Cherryhurst Park
• Deed restriction enforcement
• Copies and printing costs for flyers and signs
• Neartown Association dues​
• Cherryhurstcivic.org website

Annual CCA dues are:

• $50 per household
• $40 per household with HCAD 65+ exemption

We welcome business sponsorships, too!

• $100 for businesses

CCA members do not have to be property owners. We are a voluntary civic association and appreciate the support of all of our neighbors. Dues may be paid online or by check. If by check, please mail or deliver to:
